No accounts
You don't need an account to shop with ShopPadi, and this website doesn't ask you to create one.
Your cart
Your cart remembers which products you chose and how many, saved only in your own browser so it's there when you return. It does not store your name, phone number or address.
Checkout details
Your name, phone and delivery details stay on the page until you submit. We then store them securely with your order in Cloudflare D1 for fulfillment, customer support, payment collection and record keeping. Authorized staff can access them through a protected dashboard. Cart storage never contains these details.
Order confirmations
We use transactional messaging providers to send order SMS messages and, only if you opt in, WhatsApp confirmations and delivery updates. Providers receive your number and order summary. Optional WhatsApp support follows WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. A secure receipt cookie lets this browser view the last order summary for 24 hours without exposing your address.
Advertising choices
Advertising is off until you allow it. If allowed, we save campaign parameters and Meta click identifiers and send browsing and conversion events to Meta. Order events can include a hashed phone number for matching. An unpaid order is a lead, not a paid purchase. You can withdraw consent using the privacy choices below; this stops new browser tracking but does not erase events already sent. Contact us to withdraw consent for stored order attribution or request deletion.
Security and retention
We use keyed identifiers for rate limiting and duplicate protection, and retain order activity and notification records for operations. Contact ShopPadi to request access, correction or deletion. Records needed for unresolved orders or legal obligations may need to be retained. Administrator access is authenticated by Cloudflare Access.
Payments
This website does not collect card or bank details.
